  Job Description 
 For a big marine construction project in Mozambique we are currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager. 
 To be the functional lead in the management of the equipment (plant and machineries) of the project in order to meet project and company objectives while applying company systems and best practices.
 Be responsible for the mechanics, lubrication, maintenance control, and fuel of the equipment on site.
 Coordinate with the Construction Manager, to monitor the current planning of the works and its respective corrective measures related to plant and equipment.
 Elaboration of the organizational chart of the plant department, definition of the attributions, authorities, and specific responsibilities up to the foreman level.
 Supervise all services inherent to the equipment itself.
