Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing operations at the Nogales Assembly plant, including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, personnel staffing requirements, and equipment. The person in this position will be a strong driver for a safe and quality environment, customer focus, continuous improvement, productivity and 5S. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to achieving operational excellence and meeting company strategies and objectives.

• Provide leadership to continuously improve a culture of safety
