Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment & Fleet Management

· Oversee the daily operations of all plant, tools, and machinery used in fit-out construction projects.

· Plan and coordinate equipment allocation to multiple sites based on project needs and timelines.

· Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, parts, and consumables; ensure timely procurement and replacements.

Maintenance & Repairs

· Coordinate repair activities with internal technicians or external vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective solutions.

Safety & Compliance

· Set and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance standards for plant operations and equipment storage.

· Make strategic decisions on safety protocols, approve risk mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company requirements.

· Lead periodic safety performance reviews and authorize corrective actions based on inspection results and risk assessments.
