Key Responsibilities

• Equipment & Fleet Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of all plant, tools, and machinery used in fit-out construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate equipment allocation to multiple sites based on project needs and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, parts, and consumables; ensure timely procurement and replacements.
• Maintenance & Repairs
  • Coordinate repair activities with internal technicians or external vendors, ensuring quality and cost‑effective solutions.
• Safety & Compliance
  • Set and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance standards for plant operations and equipment storage.
  • Make strategic decisions on safety protocols, approve risk mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company requirements.
