1. Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Plant Manager to oversee our cosmetics and personal care manufacturing facility in Bicutan, Taguig. As the leader of our production hub, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing operations that bring our iconic brands to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate all daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Production Planning: Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet market demand while maintaining lean inventory levels and minimizing waste.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and safety regulations essential for cosmetic and personal care products.
