Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for achieving the lowest cost product status in Cement Operations in a safe and sustainable manner at a constant level of quality for reliable availability of product for the PPC customer base.

This role is also responsible for running the plants according to the business unit strategy and managing operational efficiencies while complying with all legal responsibilities in line with the Mine Health and Safety Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
