Plant Manager

Our client is a multinational industrial company with a global footprint in the manufacturing of technical solutions and high-performance products for multiple markets, operating in Brazil with a strong focus on operational excellence, quality, safety, and continuous innovation.

We are seeking a Plant Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the plant’s operational excellence, translating corporate strategy into consistent results across quality, cost, delivery, and safety. The role involves developing leaders, strengthening a continuous improvement culture, and positioning the operation as a regional benchmark, while ensuring sustainability, predictability, and long-term business competitiveness.
