Implement the Operating System through the involvement of plant members, generating value for the company.

• Development, implementation and sustainment of WTB
• Business Transformation Cost, OPE, Quality Indicators, aligned with the VP and KPIs from the global company
• Operational budget management to achieve PC1 without deviations in cost, time and performance

• Assembly Plant to achieve jobs per hour into the plant's capacity
