Must-Haves
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in food, feed, or other regulated manufacturing environments
Proven hands-on plant leadership with a strong floor presence
Experience leading production, warehouse, and maintenance teams
Strong understanding of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and KPIs
Ability to drive continuous improvement through people and process
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience
