Plant Manager

**Language Requirement**: Minimum B2 English proficiency, C1 preferred.

- Ensure compliance with IMMEX regulations, including accurate reporting and management of inventories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage plant budgets, focusing on cost control and resource allocation.
- Identify and address operational issues to minimize production disruptions.
