Plant manager - urgently needed

The successful candidate will be in a crucial leadership position in a manufacturing facility, responsible for overall operations, workforce management, and productivity of the plant.

Minimum Requirements South African citizen. Grade 12. Relevant Qualification/Trade Certificate to plant or administrative degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role. MS Office proficiency. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Basic accounting knowledge (knowledge of Build Smart would be beneficial). Duties Ensure full compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations within the department.
