Plant Manufacturing Engineering Manager

**What you will do?
**:**This position supervises staff, plan and approve production schedules, budgets, design, development, and validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes, develops/releases successful projects and manufacturing methods, and maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization.
**:**How you will do it?
**:- ** Using Microsoft Project, develops program plans, schedules, build plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
**:- ** Monitoring program progress by conducting regular status review meetings and ad-hoc discussions with program support personnel.
**:- ** Working with supporting groups to prevent or resolve issues and ensure that program goals are met.Provide program planning, and coordination for production, pilot build and qualification, and production ramp start.
