Overview:
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations in our newly established plant in Dammam to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role is crucial for achieving company goals, maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations, and driving continuous improvement within the factory environment

Key Responsibilities:


+ Oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products

+ Implement cost-effective production methods while maintaining and improving quality standards

+ Lead and develop the manufacturing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence
