Plant Mechanic

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic with a strong background in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry in the UAE. The Plant Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing batching plants, concrete production equipment, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, conveyors, mixers, and related machinery to ensure smooth plant operations and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in Ready-Mix plants and possess strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on batching plants and related machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns efficiently. Maintain mixers, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Inspect plant equipment regularly to identify wear and potential failures.
