Position Description The Plant Operations Instructor plays a crucial role in designing, maintaining, and delivering power plant operations training to support the Generation business. This role requires operational knowledge and experience of power plant systems and machinery to train current and future plant operators. It involves delivering structured training programs and conducting assessments on students for theory, assignments, and practical demonstrations. The Plant Operations Instructor will have the capability to deliver training both in a formal classroom setting and on-site. This role ensures the business has suitably trained operators with the skills required to operate conventional thermal and combustion turbine assets. The role works as part of the Technical Training Team and collaborates with other trainers, training providers, and support functions.
