Plant Operator – Dozer

Plant Operator (Dozer)   
Roster: Monday to Friday – 10-hour shifts starting at 7am
Location: Kemps Creek, Sydney

  
Duties & responsibilities:

• Operate earthmoving equipment, specifically dozers.
• Maintain site haul roads and drainage to required quality standards.
• Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions, and operating procedures.
• Work safely at all times in compliance with site rules and safety requirements.
• Identify and report safety hazards and incidents immediately.
• Maintain a professional image and consistently deliver high‑quality customer service.

Skills & experience:

• Experience and/or relevant qualifications operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment, ideally within the civil construction industry.
