Plant Operator - Geocycle

As a Plant Operator at Geocycle, based in Dandenong, you will be part of a hands-on team responsible for keeping the plant running safely and efficiently. At our small site, you will work across all areas of the operation, including loading and unloading materials, operating the control room, completing minor maintenance tasks and supporting plant troubleshooting, so no two days are the same.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and wants to build real skills in an industrial environment. You will receive full training and ongoing support to develop your capability and grow into a trusted operator with long-term career opportunities.

During training, you will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the opportunity to transition to either 4:00 am to 12:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, supporting a strong work-life balance.
