Plant Operator

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience: Prior experience in production, plant operations, or maintenance is preferred.
• Physical Capability: Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual and technical labor.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis.
• Work Ethic: Capable of adhering to SOPs and working independently with little supervision.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist the Plant Supervisor with day-to-day production activities and equipment maintenance.
• System Monitoring: Help operate and monitor PLC systems and participate in general plant upkeep.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot machinery issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
