POSITION DESCRIPTION: PELLET MILL CUM EXTURDER OPERATOR

The Pellet Mill Operator is responsible to the Control Room Supervisor to achieve the following standards

JOB SUMMARY

1. Always does the best to achieve performance objectives i.e. increase productivity, reduce throughput time and reduce wastage.
2. To control and operate the pellet mill/extruder running with smooth operation and meet the production target and meet the quality as per management/customer required.
3. To ensure the workplace and machine is in good manner and plant & machine cleanliness, always practice Plan → Do → Check → Action.
4. Communicate closely with control room supervisor on production schedule, machine preventive maintenance schedule and machine checklist.
