Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator for our Resins & Molding Compounds (Urea Formaldehyde) manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating reactors and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor reactors, mixers, and related equipment for Urea Formaldehyde (UF) resins and molding compounds
• Control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, and batch timing
• Charge raw materials as per formulation and production schedule
• Conduct in-process checks and coordinate with the Quality Control department
