Accountable to the Site Supervisor, the Operator, works with the site manager and supervisor(s), on a daily basis to ensure timely and accurate processes are followed in the preparation of our products and raw materials.

The Plant Operator, participates as an integral member of the Canada Supply Chainteam and performs duties in accordance with the mandate and priorities of Scotts Canada Ltd.

The Plant Operatormakes recommendations to the Site Supervisor (or designate) who makes the final decision.
