Plant Optimization Leader

**What You'll Do**



+ You will act as the primary plant optimization subject matter expert inside the plant. Teach, coach and mentor leaders and associates to leverage the pillar methodology to drive a sustainable implementation.

+ You will develop a partnership and work closely with the Regional Plant Optimization Manager to understand the plant organization and culture, tire manufacturing processes, deployment progress to date and resources required to drive the implementation.

+ You will support the Plant Leadership Team in the strategic direction and deployment of Plant Optimization to ensure consistent and rigorous application across the plant = One Goodyear Way.

+ You will drive the development of a problem solving culture amongst all associates focused on loss elimination to deliver business results.

+ You will lead the PO Specialist and share/benchmark with other plants as appropriate.
