Job Description

Join the Quality team at Stellantis as a Product Quality Engineer (PQE) at the Toluca Complex. This strategic role spans multiple commodities within the entire vehicle architecture and offers the opportunity to contribute to transforming the automotive industry. You will lead quality systems and programs, provide technical support to both hourly and salaried personnel, collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functional areas.

Protect product design intent while resolving manufacturing constraints.

Support Model Year (MY) Launch from digital build through physical builds, including quality planning, issue tracking, and containment for critical issues.

Provide technical leadership for cross-functional teams in applying quality initiatives.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
