In this role, you will be responsible for generating the weekly production plan shift by shift, ensuring that monthly volume commitments are met. You will manage the balance of meals across the weekly schedule, coordinate closely with operations to update and align plans, and guarantee service objectives are achieved (attainment, adherence, and volume bias).

You will also oversee weekly volume adjustments, manage carryovers and advances between weeks, and identify solutions to address increases in demand. A key part of this role is ensuring that open stock is minimized and fully integrated into production within the same month, avoiding obsolete inventory and reducing cost impact. This role is essential to ensuring smooth production execution, alignment with service teams, and cost efficiency.

This position does not have direct reports and is based in Bogota.
