Plant Supervisor (CMS Concrete Products Sdn Bhd – Tanjung Bako & Sejingkat Plant, Kuching)

Responsibilities

• Implement production schedule and concrete quality control instruction;
• Minimise wastage during the production process;
• Ensure delivery on time & smooth running of machinery;
• Ensure sufficient raw materials are stockpiled at all times;
• Ensure regular & preventive maintenances of plant, machinery and vehicles;
• Ensure all equipment, machines, weighing system calibration on time;
• Carried out safety and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel;
• Manage materials inventory, monitor usage, stock balance, material ordering;
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent;
• 2 years of working experience with similar industry;
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English;
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage;
