Plant Supervisor

• Supervise daily production activities including batching, mixing, filling, labeling, and packing of paint products
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are met on time
• Monitor adherence to quality standards, formulations, and work instructions
• Coordinate closely with QA/QC to address non-conformities and corrective actions
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Supervise, train, and evaluate plant operators and helpers
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished goods
• Prepare and submit daily production, manpower, and incident reports
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and rework
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
