**Job Description:**

**Role Synopsis**

The Plant Operator / Operations Technician is responsible for the **safe, reliable, and compliant operation of Permian Midstream CDP and associated facilities** . This role executes day‑to‑day plant operations, responds to abnormal conditions, performs field rounds, applies control of work processes, and supports maintenance, startup, shutdown, and emergency response activities. Operators are accountable for maintaining **operational discipline** , protecting people and the environment, and ensuring facilities operate within design and regulatory limits.
