Position Summary

The Plant Tender is responsible for supporting and maintaining efficient daily plant operations by monitoring equipment, assisting with production processes, and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. This role requires hands-on involvement with plant machinery, adherence to operational procedures, and close coordination with the operations team to meet production and safety objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and assist in controlling plant machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Perform routine inspections of equipment, systems, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Assist with plant start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities
