Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery (mixers, conveyors, pumps, etc.) Diagnose faults and repair or replace mechanical components (bearings, belts, seals, etc.) 
Carry out fabrication work including welding, cutting, and grinding Assist in installation, alignment, and modification of equipment 
Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, vibrations, or abnormal conditions 
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, especially for hot work activities 
Maintain basic maintenance records and report breakdowns 
Support production team during breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs
