We help with species selection, market linkages and agro processing to optimize land productivity and potential revenue from a variety of commodities.

Plantation Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the growth, health, and development of crops, ensuring the correct planting, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control practices are followed.

Manage a team of workers and supervisors, ensuring that employees needs are met. Provide training and support to staff to ensure high levels of performance and efficiency.

Manage the plantation’s resources, including water, fertilizer, pesticides, and machinery. Ensure resources are used efficiently and sustainably.
