Plant/Operations Supervisor

Plan and prepare Truck Allocation and Plant Operations Manpower Schedule forecast for Batching Operations.

Document processes and operating instructions aligned to company standards. Maintain and update records and ISO documents.

Coordinate planned production to all concerned parties such as but not limited to, TM Drivers, Inventory Controller, and Batching Operator. Timely communication with clients for possible delays/trouble with the delivery.

Collaborate with Purchasing, Maintenance, Motorpool, Warehouse, Quality Assurance and Sales about delivery schedules, changes, and improvements in planning activities.

Ensure the availability of approved Job Order before batching and on time serving of request orders in conformance with the customer requirements.

Develops process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and to reduce downtime.
