Job Description & Requirements

1.Removes, applies and repair ceramic tile and other similar solid materials to floors, walls and ceilings

2.Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules

3.Lay bricks or blocks

4.Mix and apply glues, cements and grouts

Prepare cement floors, sidewalks, stairs and curbing

5.Install grout for new and existing door jamb

6.Apply non skid surfaces, safety strips

7.Prep flooring surfaces for floor coverings

8.Preparing and mixing different types of raw materials to get the plaster ready

9.· Hanging pictures, paper towel holders, sharps dispensers, soap dispensers

10.Preparatory to painting, make repairs in plaster, sheetrock, and masonry surfaces

11.Repair plaster,Lay brick and block.

12.Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
