Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to manage day-to-day shop floor operations,ensure production targets, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Supervise Injection Molding Production activities and manpower
* Ensure Production targets, cycle time and rejection control.
* Monitor Machine parameters, mold setting, and process optimization.
* Coordinate with Tool Room, maintenance, Quality and Planning team.n
