Plastic Trimmer, 1st shift

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Production Area Lead, the Plastic Trimmer position is accountable for:


+ This position is responsible for removing flash from injected plastic pieces with the use of hand tools

+ Using provided hand tools to remove flash from injected plastic pieces.

+ Responsible for quality of the pieces you trim.

+ Using provided hand tool to remove flash from injected plastic pieces.

+ Meeting department production needs.

+ Responsible for showing the supervisor first piece.

+ Notify Leader or Manufacturing Mgr. of any plastic parts with defects and/or quality issues

+ Visually inspect parts for various defects.

+ Record production for labor reporting

Choice of Shifts: All shifts are Monday – Friday
