Platform Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute the development of multi-tenant architecture and complex RBAC systems early in the build cycle.
• Build and maintain high-performance server-side logic and database schemas that serve as the platform's backbone.
• Prioritize the development of admin workflows , ensuring they are robust and scalable as they are core to launch success .
• Maintain high Build Velocity to ensure the team is ready to ramp once the primary architecture is locked .

Quality, Security, & Reliability

• Adhere to strict Quality, Security, and Reliability standards to meet the requirements of the Launch Gate .
• Implement critical-path automation only , avoiding vanity coverage to ensure efficient and effective testing of core services.
