The Platform Backend Engineer is a key member of the Core Product Build Organization, our highest-priority initiative. This role is responsible for building the platform's foundational backend infrastructure, with a strong focus on multi-tenant architecture and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

You will work in a highly selective, lean (not full team) environment, where early architectural decisions have long-term impact. Success in this role requires building high-integrity systems from the start—supporting critical admin workflows required for launch—while maintaining the build velocity needed to scale once the architecture is finalized.
