Platform Constraints Specialist

The Program Constraints Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving supplier capacity constraints for multiple Stellantis NA assembly plants.
The position will require extensive work with suppliers, Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management and other Supply Chain Management groups.
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Ensure proper supplier/program capacity is in place in advance of program changes resulting from demand driven changes and/or product plan changes
- Identify and resolve volume variances (capacity shortfalls) by ensuring releases are accurate and/or developing and presenting business cases required to secure funding
- Balance the need to manage both short term and long-term capacity issues to maximize production and mitigate inefficiency costs
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field
