Job Summary

The Platform Development Officer is responsible for bridging business requirements with IT solutions, ensuring effective documentation, training, and implementation of platform initiatives. The role supports both project-based and business-as-usual (BAU) activities, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement of digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering

• Act as liaison between Business Units and IT.
• Prepare and review requirement specifications (PIO format).
• Evaluate system revision/enhancement requests and attend vendor walkthroughs.

2. Project Documentation

• Assist in preparing BRD, FSD, COR, RASIMP, and related documents.
• Review technical designs, including screen flows and UI/UX, for consistency.
