Platform Engineer Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Provide Follow The Sun (FTS) incident management support for all SAP systems, including those hosted via SAP RISE.
• Maintain system integrity, availability, and controls across SAP instances within ExxonMobil, spanning on-prem and cloud environments.
• Deliver stakeholder reports and metrics with key performance indicators, including cloud service SLAs.
• Coordinate technical execution of large cross-functional activities requiring synchronicity across SAP RISE and traditional landscapes.
• Collaborate with EMIT and hyperscaler support teams (, AWS, Azure) to restore service during unplanned outages.
• Analyze technical requirements for SAP RISE onboarding and cloud integration.
• Produce and update BASIS standards documentation, including cloud-specific configurations and SAP RISE architecture.
