Platform Engineer

What You'll Do
Manage the complete lifecycle of Informatica Cloud (IICS) and SnapLogic platforms by overseeing upgrades, patches, feature adoption, compatibility planning, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless operations.
Take ownership of platform operations by maintaining high levels of availability and performance through robust monitoring, alerting systems, incident management processes, root cause analysis (RCA), and strict adherence to service level agreements (SLA/SLO).
