Platform Lead

We are recruiting for a Platform Lead on behalf of our client. The role is hybrid in Toronto, ON. The Platform Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives and drive innovation by providing technical direction, development, and implementation of our technology platforms within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our platforms, as well as supporting our ITS strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in platform development, integration and management, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Understanding of Canadian banking and/or payments ecosystem including the partner landscape is an asset
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
