Platform Officer

Profile Summary:
The Platform Lead is the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our key marketplace accounts. This critical role is responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and managing the day-to-day relationship between our distributor organization, brands, and the E-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills, sales optimization, and with an operational understanding of the PH E-commerce industry.
Major Responsibilities:
Marketplace Partnership and Relationship Management​
Serve as the primary account representative for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, acting as the bridge between the marketplace team, the distributor, and the brand.​
Represent the distributor and the brand's interests in all negotiations, strategic planning sessions, and operational meetings with platform account managers.​
