Platform Operations Manager

Rate: $7.00-$8.00

Working Hours: Full-Time: 40 hours per week — Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST / 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Platform Operations Manager (Senior Level) to oversee the end-to-end operational health of B2B platforms for a health and wellness company based in the US.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS operations, client success, or technical support
• Proven experience administering Zendesk (workflow setup, triggers, automation, and reporting)
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities using Excel, BI tools, or SQL
• Experience managing cross-functional collaboration with technical and product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation habits
• Strong leadership and process optimization skills
