Job Description
As a Platform Tech Ops Engineer, you will maintain the reliability of our web applications and cloud infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between initial incident triage and deep-level engineering, using automation to streamline troubleshooting and deployments.
Responsibilities
Incident Management: Triage incoming tickets and provide L2 support for web applications and infrastructure.
Automation: Develop and execute Python/Shell scripts, especially Pandas, Polars to automate testing, troubleshooting, and repetitive tasks.
System Health: Monitor platform performance and resolve issues across the full stack.
Knowledge Management: Write and maintain technical guidelines to standardize team processes.
Requirements
Cloud & Orchestration: Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
