Platform Validation Engineer

Job Description: Platform / OS Bring‑Up Engineer

Experience Level : 3 Years to 8 Years

Work Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Perform platform bring‑up and BIOS validation (Legacy & UEFI).
• Support Windows OS bring‑up , debugging boot issues, and performing triage.
• Use tools like KDNET, WinDbg, trace logs, terminal commands, memory dump analysis .
• Connect debuggers, capture logs, and resolve system loops/boot failures.
• Troubleshoot power states , PowerCfg , and ACPI‑related issues.
• Bring up and debug drivers/peripherals: USB, graphics, audio , etc.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of BIOS/UEFI, platform architecture, and OS bring‑up.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows debugging tools and memory dump analysis.
• Knowledge of power management (ACPI, power states).
