Platforms & Automation Consultant (11-month contract)

We are looking for a temporary maternity cover who will join our GCX Platforms & Automation team in a hybrid role: approximately 50% Scrum Master for our platform team and 50% project manager owning selected initiatives.

In the roleof Platforms & Automation Consultantyou will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.You will help a small, high‑impact team deliver platform improvements and automations for our global customer experienceorganisation. We care more about pragmaticaccountability arounddeliveriesthan a dogmatic agile SCRUMapproach,and we are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in that space.
