Job description:

Plating Responsibilities:

Identifying and solving any issues in the plating process, whether related to equipment malfunction, materials, or process control.

Ensuring the quality and consistency of the plating process to meet industry standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Work closely with production team for optimization and continuous improvement on plating processes.

Manage periodical plating quality tests and new chemical and plating process trial.

Environmental Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the plating processes and associated activities comply with local, regional, and international environmental laws and standards.

Monitoring air, water, and soil quality in and around plating areas to ensure that emissions and effluents meet environmental standards. (Scrubber and Dust Collector monitoring and management)
