Platinum Accounts Manager

We are looking for a Platinum Accounts Manager to drive growth in our client's FMCG non-food business through strong partnerships with platinum-tier modern retail chains in the Visayas area.

What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years in FMCG sales, with strong modern trade / platinum account leadership exposure.
• Proven success in distributor-led business and P&L management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead relationships with platinum retailers (hypermarkets, supermarkets, e-commerce).
• Negotiate JBPs, trade terms, and promotional plans.
• Drive category growth with listings, visibility, and shopper programs.
• Ensure forecasting accuracy, supply chain coordination, and trade ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives/Managers.
