Player Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new players and retain existing ones.

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and high-value players.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and events that drive engagement.

Analyze player behavior and market trends to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the player base.

Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.



Qualifications:



Proven experience in player development, marketing, or operations within a casino or gaming environment.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Slot Machine and Table Gaming

Strong knowledge of Player Tracking Systems (PTS), Casino Management Systems (CMS), and player analytics.
