Players Club Representative

**Full-Time | Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM | Pay Rate: $16.00 Hourly**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** As a Players Club Representative, you will promote the success of the Choctaw Rewards Club, by informing players of benefits, offers, and special events, and assisting players with all requests. Associate must be customer-focused as they often have the first contact with new customers and frequently deal with regular casino customers. You will report to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will explain Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions and other marketing information in detail to guests.
2. Perform data entry tasks associated with Rewards Club card and use the Player Tracker System.
3. Assist the Marketing department with multiple projects, promotions and events.
